Some Major Accomplishments: - Proposed automated line item reports detailing status on all orders in the U.S to the division VP. § Designed and helped develop reports. § Cycle time reduced in the ordering processes by two days on average. § Cycle time in the delivery process has been reduced by 12% on average.
~Facilitate the delivery of leading edge complex service offerings, and provide specialized training packages in support of these technologies; most recently global private Ethernet access networks.
~Facilitated the transition from IBM Legacy systems and tools to AT&T systems and tools between 1999 and 2003; after AT&T's acquisition from IBM Global Services in 1999.
